We do our best to create a schedule at the beginning of the season and properties will be cut weekly on the same schedule unless rain or maintenance pushes us a day off.

What is Aerating?
Aerating is the process of creating holes in a lawn to alleviate soil compaction, which allows the flow of air, water, and nutrients to get down deep into the roots.
Doing so, will help create healthy, deep roots to create that green luscious grass we know and love. Aerating isn't something that needs to be done annually

Our aerator is a plug style, which allows for small " plug like" pieces of soil to be pulled from the ground, rather than the alternative slicing style which we have seen to close up easier not allowing for the best results in our opinion.
